Two refreshers training were organised at D.Net from June 30-July 05, 2009 and July 28-August 02, 2009. The refreshers training was focused on Technical and Communication Skill Development of infomediaries, 50 infomediaries participated in 2 batches of the training programme. First three days of the training programme was designed to enhance infomediary skills further on using internet, email, skype, searching and delivering information and knowledge using Jeeon IKB and other sources of content, photo editing and application of Telecentre Management Software (TMS). A new Bangla social networking portal (pallitathya.ning.com) was created and introduced to the infomediaries for sharing their learnings and stories online. This is inspiring them to try out new ways of sharing information and knowledge each other. Second three days of the training was concentrated on their communication, marketing and strategy development. Various communication and marketing tools were shared and new tools were introduced in the training.
