"Krishoker Eid Anondo" a popular TV magazine telecasted by Channel-I on the third day (December 11, 2008) of Eid-ul-Azha at 2:30 pm. BTN (Bangladesh Telecentre Network) in collaboration with Channel-I taken an initiative to increase the outreach of this popular program through telecentres in places where there is no satellite connection. Channel-I provided a CD copy of the programme to BTN before EID festival for distribution among member organisations.
Regarding this, D.Net collected the CD and delivered to the Pallitathya Kendras (PKs) at the rural area. A total of 2450 people enjoyed the programme simultaneously which was organized by nine PKs at rural Bangladesh in different geographic locations. Viewers were very much excited and thanked PKs for organising the programme. This programme was played a significant role to promote PKs to the larger community as well as expanded the outreach of TV programme relevant to rural livelihood.
