Dr. Craig Barrett visits D.Net (Development Research Network) stall at Sheraton Marble room on last 4th September, 07 where D.Net showed there Pallitathya Kendra Setup, Mobile ladies functions with the villagers and Helpline separately. Executive Director of D.Net Dr. Ananya Raihan briefed Dr. Craig Barrett about the project. D.Net. When he saw the Pallitathya Kendra he was impressed with the services it provides.

After that he saw the functions of mobile lady in the village. He is also impressed of seeing how mobile lady can make better use of Intel Classmate PC in the rural area. Mrs. Barrett was also impressed with village lady and mobile lady. Mr. Barrett was also impressed of seeing the Jeeon Content at the Helpline.

At 11:00 am he left the marble room went to attend the press conference of Intel. High officials of BTN, D.Net and BracNet were also present in the program.
Mobile Lady with villegers and members of D.Net
Before that Dr. Craig Barrett & his wife visits Bangladesh Telecentre Network (BTN) and its two practitioners stall at Sheraton Marble Room. He spends 40 minutes there. Chairperson of BTN Abdul-Muyeed Chowdhury welcomed Mr. Barrett. He took Mr. Barrett to the BTN stall and briefed about all the vision of Bangladesh Telecentre Network. He also briefed about the members of BTN.
